I use the headset as a “kickstart” for my longer 90 minute sessions.

The results have been fantastic. It reliably lowers DMN activity (mind wandering, salience of stimulus, etc) and allows me to maintain a level of effortless open-awareness that would normally take me much longer to drop in to.

This leads to a night, and day difference in how my attention rests after my sit. Not only am I very noticeably more relaxed, but the feeling is sustained for much longer than what I would normally have when not using the headset at the start of the session.

Another benefit I’ve noticed is the ease of falling back into this state if I do another session that day.

Feels like a secret weapon. Can’t recommend it enough if you’re on the fence!

well, I started out really good. But then I think I was doing too much so I it worked stronger than I figured. Anyhow, I want to doing it every few days. And that seems to work better.

From the first time I used the Zendo device I felt tingling and even itching on my forehead where the pads contact. I am still getting used to using it but I am hoping it can strengthen my meditation practice as I do.

App doesn't work on my s24 but dies work on my tablet. It took a while for me to get the hang of it, but have had the experience of "dropping in" during meditation and it's pretty cool. Recommend.

I was a big fan of the original Zendo, but this new version is better. As someone who bought the past version on Amazon and used it for a while, I can really say that the improvements in this new Zendo made a noticeable difference in both comfort and effectiveness. I wrote a detailed review on the last Zendo on Amazon and I wanted to follow it up with this one.The new headband is so much better than the old Zendo that you had to use sticky patches. The old one was great, but this one just feels better on my head. The pads on this one are biodegradeable which I LOVE.The pulses feel smoother, helping me get into a relaxed state even faster. It’s like they fine-tuned the technology to make it more effective, but I’m not sure if that’s the case. I have been loving mode 3 so far and it feels good on my skin.I used to have to charge the old one pretty often, but this one lasts a lot longer, which is a huge plus for someone who uses it daily. I haven’t had to charge mine yet.Pairing with my iphone was pretty straightforward and the app had a good user guide. I already knew the basics from the last time but this was way better and the updated controls are much easier to navigate. The meditation experience itself is nice. After about 6 minutes of putting it on, I feel my mind settling, and the effects have been pretty amazing. I have tried Muse in the past and other meditation devices but this Zendo blows them out of the water. If you liked the original Zendo, you’re going to love this upgrade. And if you’re new to it, this is the perfect version to start with!
