Refund policy
14-Day Money Back Guarantee:
We accept returns of any undamaged Zendo Headband provided we have received your Return Request Ticket within 14 days of your initial purchase date. Please fill out a return request ticket below to initiate the process.
Please note that to be eligible for your 14-day guarantee you must meet the following criteria:

All components included in the Zendo Starter Kit or Zendo Pads must be intact and in like-new condition

All components must be returned in its original packaging

The original purchase invoice must be included with the return

Shipping charges and taxes paid are not refundable
We will not approve or honor any returns that are made without all components intact.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or customer service for products that have been acquired from an unauthorized reseller.
We will provide partial refunds for starter kits that are returned without Zendo pads. See below:

For hygiene purposes, we cannot honor refunds for opened or missing Zendo pads. If you are returning a starter kit with opened or missing pads, the retail price of each 10-pack of pads ($25) will be deducted from your refund for each opened or excluded pad pack returned.

Returns after initial 14-Day period:
We do not accept returns after 14 days, however we do honor warranty claims relating to Zendo hardware for 6 months after purchase. Please fill out a Zendo Help Desk Form for warranty claims. Do not fill out a return request ticket for warranty claims.

International Tax Responsibility:
1. Responsibility for Local Taxes and Duties As a customer located outside the United States, you are solely responsible for any applicable local taxes, duties, VAT, or customs fees required by your country or region. These charges are not included in the price of the product or the shipping costs displayed on our website. It is your responsibility to ensure that any required payments are made promptly to your local authorities or customs office.
2. Returns Due to Unpaid Taxes or Duties If your package is returned to us because local taxes, duties, or customs fees were unpaid:

A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

A $40 return shipping fee will also be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return.
3. Refund Processing Refunds for returned items due to unpaid taxes or duties will be processed only after we receive the returned product in its original, unused condition. Any additional costs incurred during the return process may also be deducted from the final refund amount.
